* Allowances & Billing: Subject to Fair Use Policy. Monthly support allowances expire at month-end, do not roll over, and are non-refundable. Additional work is billed at €95/hour (in 15-minute increments).
* Scope Boundaries: Coverage is strictly restricted to server infrastructure and CMS core code. Local workstation setups (e.g., local Outlook configurations) and on-site support are excluded.
* Third-Party Website Onboarding: Taking over existing third-party websites is subject to a one-time €199 system audit and onboarding fee. When subscribing to an annual maintenance plan upon agreement, 50% of this fee (approx. €100) is credited directly toward the first annual invoice. If pre-existing malware infections, corrupted core files, or severe architectural discrepancies are identified, advanced remediation is billed separately at the standard hourly rate (€95/hour).
Standard includes up to 30 minutes and Managed includes up to 60 minutes of maintenance work per month.
For larger updates or additional hours, work is confirmed in advance and billed at €92/hr in exact 15-minute increments.
Consulting covers troubleshooting and practical guidance on your current setup via ticket or email.
Structured staff training or custom feature implementation is quoted separately.

Websites built by ICHN transition seamlessly into the Standard Maintenance plan (€50/mo) after month 12, which includes your standard cloud hosting renewal, domain upkeep, and security patches.
Upgrading to Managed Hosting & Care (€109/mo) is only required if your workload expands and demands dedicated, isolated cloud compute resources (e.g., active e-commerce platforms).
For external legacy sites, the €50/mo tier operates strictly on your existing hosting infrastructure.
